How to maintain Windows controls

Spacing the Ranges of Controls Vertically:

It is clear from the image that controls are logically and vertically aligned. For example, the labels First name, Last name and their corresponding text boxes are in same top alignment. Similarly, State label, its text box and City label, its box maintain the same top alignment. One main concern that you may have is that the vertical distance among the controls from one range to another range is not appropriate while moving and aligning the controls either on a report or form. To adjust this, you need to move the controls. To adjust this a adept spacing is done between the ranges of controls using set of tools patented by Microsoft Access. First, you need to select the controls that have been aligned vertically. Lets take an example to illustrate this:
  1. Start Microsoft Access
  2. Open the any database
  3. In the Navigation Pane, right-click Company Assets and click Design View
  4. Press Ctrl A to select all controls
  5. On the Ribbon, click Arrange if necessary.
In the Sizing & Ordering section, click Size/Space and click Decrease Vertical
  6. Again, click Size/Space and then Decrease Vertically continually until the controls from one range touch the controls on the upper range

7.Click Size/Space and Increase Vertical twice

8. Save the form
9.Right-click the title bar of the form and click Form View
